  • Optional: raspberries, cacao nibs, shredded coconut

Halve, stone, and scoop avocado flesh into a food processor. They must be fully ripe — firm avocados will not achieve the right texture.

Add cacao powder, maple syrup, vanilla, and salt. Blend on high 60 seconds, scraping down sides halfway.

Adjust consistency

Add almond milk one tablespoon at a time, blending between additions, until the mousse is smooth and holds a soft peak.

Adjust sweetness. Divide between two glasses or bowls. Top with raspberries, cacao nibs, and coconut.
